To work in partnership with the client, respecting their knowledge and experience of their organisation.

To be open and transparent in our negotiations with organisations about the work to be delivered, and about the direct and associated cost of that work.
To undertake assignments in the spirit of honest endeavour, and to inform clients as early as possible of any difficulties or obstacles that impede that endeavour.

undertaking assignments, recognising that organisations are complex,
emotional, and political entities.
